Our family went to WDW in December of 2008 and purchased a hat for my son that was an engineer hat that had a WDW patch on it. Does anyone know if they make one for adults?

If you really want a "Disney railroad" adult size hat you have to go to California; at least they had them there when we visited in 2003.

Yes but no longer, I bought an adult hat at OERM and I've been looking for a WDW or DLR patch. So far the snipers are winning.

If you can come up with the graphics, aren't there places that'll machine embroider them for you?

Most embroidery places won't embroider something that says "Disney." They're a little skittish that way.

I'll be going in October to Disneyland. I will look for some hats if anyone wants one.

The ones at Disneyland are made for kids. They have characters around the outside and make train sounds. However if you get a child's large, they will fit an adult head.

Wouldn't that be the same, with WDW caps?
