Yikes, another victim of the "Pawn Stars" mindset, where everything is valuable and the seller has nary a clue.
They're not worth a quarter what he's asking for them. They'd be really cool to have but I can't see anyone paying that much.

They've probably cruised a few sites and deduced that that's what it's worth. They even may have had the set "appraised". What someone thinks it's worth and what someone will pay for it are two completely different things.

There are 65 "prints". They are not the originals. So ya, not worth the paper they are printed on. Definately not worth what he is asking even if they are from WWII.

Well, that's a little unfair. I agree that the asking price is way higher than it would be, but photo and litho prints from the era do have a value. I've bought similar items off ePay and at shows in the past for $10-20 each depending on what they are.

Of the prints shown, I spotted only one train - a German 2-10-0 being watered.
