This was posted to the O Gauge Railroading board:

The locomotive looks a lot like DRR's Holliday, to me.

Since it's 30" gauge, it's a good candidate for On30 (O scale, running on HO track,) or HOn30 (HO scale, running on N gauge track.)

Maybe because of the D&RG-type stack, it looks a little more like a narrow gauge engine.
