Cool, I'll look out for the new Monorail Peach when I'm there. My wife and I will be hopping on a plane and headed for Florida this Saturday.

According to this article, the train officially entered service on Oct. 7!

Have fun, Locoboy! Get some cool pictures... That being said, the walkway near Tomorrowland where you could take some great pictures of the trains is closed because of construction. So, you'll have to scope out some other cool spots.

Here are some of my favorite "non-traditional" spots to catch the trains:
- Frontierland over by the parade route road
- The Magic Kingdom Monorail Station - but there is a fence between you and tracks
- Outside the park on the corner between the Contemporary Hotel and the Magic Kingdom

Enjoy!

Looks like they swapped out the strobe on the back for a white LED blinker. Wonder if all the trains will be changed to match?

I did indeed see the new Monorail Peach in operation throughout my WDW honeymoon. It looks nice! I didn't get the chance to ride in it though. It just never seemed to be coming into the stations as I was waiting.

Oh, the walkway from Tomorrowland to the former Mickey's Toontown Fair is still there. It is blocked off toward the Tomorrowland end though by a temporary green construction wall/door. There also is a rope that is strung across the end of walkway in Tomorrowland so you cannot get close to the door or the walkway.
