Does anyone know if the locomotives at HKDL have the sound systems and smoke effects. I know in a previous post someone said they would have it all. But in the pictures that i have seen not seen, i see no smoke.

You are SO right, Chris!

I really wished they had named the locos something completely different. It really 'cheapens' the honor of having something named after you and is a 'black eye' for the REAL steam loco that bears the same name....in my opinion.

How come they have paths that go that close to the locomotives and the locomotives aren't even steam.(last link on the post with all the links to pictures on page 5 of this topic). Disneyland should get rid of the haunted mansion fastpass and reinstall the observation platform and it can include a handicap elevator as well as a haunted mansion fastpass if they wanted. The least they could do is get rid of the bushes blocking the engines at disneyland CA.

Actually the bushes don't block the locomotives that much. Well...at least they don't block my camera's lenses, which is what's important from my perspective. :)

You can still get just as close to the DRR locomotives as you used to, but now it just takes a little more effort and knowledge of where to go/be to get the good viewing spot tucked away in the FastPass area.
