no On30 Excursion cars that I was hoping for...but, while a bit crude, that Li'l Hauler loco looks like it has the makings of a pretty descent model of a Nature's Wonderland loco (or at least the basis of a 4 wheel tender)

The Lil G scale stuff looks interesting....hope they get a main rod before production!! I can see a Knotts Calico out of the tender less Porter! The On30 18 ft stuff is cool too!

I was looking at the photos I took at Knotts last year.....and I see a project for the new Bachman Porter.

Looks like a pretty easy job. Cab is about right, Saddle tanks can be modified easy. And the fact the Bachman may not have main rods is OK as the real loco has NO RODS!!!
And Hartland Trains has a basic 4 wheel gondola for under $10 each....and you have a Calico Gold Mine train!!!
At $90 MSRP I bet these show up around $50 at most!
