I seem to recall CP173 saying this was an "open ended" item, and would not necessarily be made in a fixed, limited number.

Yes, the coaches are an open-ended edition. However, we're only making about 330 right now. I did order a few extra for people who heard about it after the deadline (I really regretted not doing so for the engines.) So, if you want an observation coach, just let me know.
