How many curves are on the mainline? What is the sharpest curve and by how much?

Depends on how many Snow Whites, Auroras and Cinderellas are standing trackside...

I can only venture a guess here but the tightest curve on the mainline seems to be the final curve you take leaving the diaorama. The reason I say this is because its the only one the Forneys struggle with as we're going around the mainline. You can feel the drag on all the loco's but for the Marsh,(She doesn't care :D ) .

Yes, the sharpest curves are the last two coming out of the Diorama. Perhaps someone can guess at the radius? As far as the number of curves question, perhaps it should be how many railroad curves exist on the mainline?

If I really wanted to know where the sharpest curve is in DRR, here's what I'd do. I'd find a satellite picture of the Park, enlarge it, and print it. Then, I'd mount it on cardboard and cut it along the outside rail of DRR. Next, I'd put the picture down on a blank sheet of paper and trace what looks like the sharpest curve and compare that to every other curve.

That would not include the curve in the diorama but I think we call all agree, it is not the sharpest.

I had no idea the last two curves would be the sharpest. I had always thought the curves along the Rivers Of America were sharper.

Now from what I can recall the Rivers of America run has a nice constant curve with a little hitch just before the construction crossing. Now there is a bit of a sharp turn as you leave Toon Town and head into Tomorrow Land depot, just before you arrive at the platform. When I finally get back I'll have to walk the track and see for myself.
