 Post subject: Carolwood N scale at Disney Family Museum

Just visited the museum this last weekend and was surprised to see an N scale Carolwood boxcar for sale in the gift shop next to the other Carolwood items. The staff said that car #6666 is the first of many cars that will be released.

Maybe not, but the rolling stock illiterate would not know the difference. It is after all a souvenir of the museum related to the trains. I'd buy it in HO knowing it is incorrect. :)

How about those two vastly different color schemes on the N-scale version compared to the larger version. Which is closer?

I think the other car is the Bachmann HO version, and if you were to take them back to the train in Gallery 9?? both would be wrong. I think the "N" car is too red, but that is my perception only.
