Looks like an N scale Carolwood Pacific Lilly Belle is going to be officially announced soon. This is from the Atlas forum: http://forum.atlasrr.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=69939

Yes, I can confirm that Lowell Smith is producing an N-scale Lilly Belle 4-4-0 for the Walt Disney Family Museum. This is part of his Carolwood Pacific series. I don't have a delivery date or price yet, but it should appear at the Museum this year.

A vey nice model indeed, especially concerning the cab/steam dome size relationship. I also like the raised cab hatch--a seldom-modeled feature in any scale.

Have to get out my salmon-colored paint, though, for the roof.

Speculation is that the locomotive is being built by Micro Ace for Atlas as was Atlas' old time 2-6-0. I don't have one and reviews of the 2-6-0 seem mixed. It certainly can't be worse than the Bachmann 4-4-0 can it? :?

I don't have an Atlas 2-6-0, but I know the engine shell is die-cast, and the motor is in the cab. :)

Here's a shot of my Atlast 2-6-0 which unfortunately no longer runs... is that a review?
