I'm a bit surprised that it hasn't been already mentioned, but an agreement between Knotts Berry Farm and the Colorado Railroad Museum is sending Goose #3 back to the state of it's birth for this years Goose Fest. The event is scheduled for June 16-17. This will be the first time since the Rio Grande Southern was abandoned that all of the flock will be in one place. While management has given it's blessing for this momentous occurence, the museum is picking up the tab for the transportation expenses. If you are so inclined you may make a donation earmarked for this to the Colorado Railroad Museum.

I was lucky enough to ride Knott's Goose a few years ago on a low attendance day. In fact I was the only rider. Kinda cool as it seemed like it may have been back in the day!
