Disneyland Railroad - Main Street Station

Main Street Station serves to welcome guests to Disneyland. It is the first structure that people see as they enter the park. The station is reminiscent of those found throughout the Midwest in the early 20th century.

Inside the station are many things to see. Perhaps the main attraction is the replica of Walt's original Lilly Belle engine from his Carolwood Pacific Railroad. There are several pictures on the wall of the Carolwood Pacific, and an antique scale and a stove can be found there as well. Also of interest is a board that shows the conditions of each of the signals along the track.

Announcements can be heard as a train approaches, heightening the excitement throughout the station. The station suddenly becomes busy as a train arrives, with passengers disembarking while others wait to board.
